Valve was busy updating the Sniper class this past week when they suprised us all by also updating the Spy. The Spy update was set to bring a new "Meet the" video which was uploaded by Valve onto Youtube but quickly pull downed for whatever reason. People managed to download the video though and now there are various copies of the Meet the Spy video all over Youtube (heads up in case this one gets pulled down).Of all the "Meet the" videos, this one is by far the best. There's so many things that happen that just makes it amazing. My favorite part is right at the end. Pay attention to the stabbing and the Team Fortress 2 theme song. Check it out after the break.

Kuwait elected its first female lawmakers in the conservative Gulf state where men have dominated parliament for nearly five decades.

Four women won parliamentary seats in the general elections Saturday, the official Kuwait News Agency said.Women were first granted the right to vote and run four years ago, but they failed to make inroads in the country's parliament in the past two elections.Preliminary results released Sunday show that university instructor Aseel al-Awadhi and economist Rola Dashti were among four women who won seats.

The U.S.-educated Al-Awadhi has a doctorate and has been a member of Amnesty International, Kuwait News Agency said.Dashti has worked as a consultant for several companies and chairs the Kuwait Economists Society, according to the news agencyTwo hundred and ten candidates ran for 50 seats in the general election, and 16 of the candidates were women.

NEW YORK (Billboard) - A lineup change, a new label, a film score and a few new songs are in store for fans of indie rock band The Shins, which returned to the road this past week after an eighteen-month break.Longtime bassist Marty Crandall and drummer Jesse Sandoval have been replaced by Fruit Bats bassist Ron Lewis and Modest Mouse drummer John Plummer. Lead singer and guitarist James Mercer began working with Plummer about a year ago, in what "intended to be a side project," but on the basis of the work they did together, Mercer made the decision to shuffle the band's lineup. Lewis was brought in three weeks ago to learn the band's current tour set, and both new members will participate in recording the follow-up to 2007's "Wincing the Night Away."Mercer says he has written 30 songs since the last album, but the band is playing only two of them live: "Double Bubble" and "The Rifle's Spiral." Both songs were written by Mercer and then fleshed out by his new band mates, who added the drums, bass lines and keyboard parts.

When asked in an interview last year about how she came up with the idea for "Bags By Chilli" Chilli said:

I was given bags with my son’s pictures on them as a gift a few years back. I wanted more bags, with different pictures and in different sizes. Plus, people were ALWAYS asking me where I get my bag from and I got tired of not having an answer to give them. Finally I said, okay not having an answer is not cool–let me do this, let me do my own thing.
